sd;LKDSF, I suspected that this was by you when I read it earlier tonight! And then I was confused because I was sure you'd written the Assassins one. Somehow, I completely forgot you wrote two fics for [livejournal.com profile] jexchange. *full of fail*

Anyway! I want to lock you in my closet and make you write Pin for the rest of eternity, because you're really, really good at it. ♥ ♥ ♥

You have this wonderful way of sneaking in little details and back stories that make me feel like I'm peeking into their lives, like the whole conversation at the start about girls, or the fruit pastilles that they both remembered (and I love how you worked that in at the end), or even just detailing the contents of Jin's pockets.

I really loved the part where Yamapi was spending time with Ryo and drawing parallels between them. This -

Ryo says that he's fine, everything's fine, it's all fine except that it's just a bit weird without his best mate, which Yamapi nods at. It's not a disaster. It's not one of the things that makes the world feel like it's dissolving, like your place in everything is melting away. It's not something that makes you want to cry, and cry, and cry. It's just that something isn't quite as right as it was before, like an injured leg, like a vase glued back together. The knowledge of incompletion is jarring, makes you pause, makes you stop for a second and remind yourself that things just aren't the same now as they were before.

For Yamapi, this is a temporary feeling. For Ryo, it's permanent.

- *keysmashes* Urgh. Hurts so good. The way you've written it, everyone can relate to the feeling, even if we're not all Japanese pop-stars missing our drunks friends. Love love love.

I'm totally serious about that wanting to keep you and put you in my closet thing. ♥ :D The person you wrote this for is incredibly lucky.
